Corrections come first. Fees go up, permit rules change, a road is regraded or washed out, a court rules, and a page that was right on its date stops being right. A note that names the page, quotes the sentence and points to the agency notice, statute or published study that says otherwise makes the fix quick. Once a correction is confirmed, the piece is changed to match.
Questions about the region that the existing pieces leave open are welcome too, and a good one may turn into a new piece.
The address will not answer requests for the location of any archaeological site or rock art panel, however the request is framed. It cannot issue permits, report road conditions in real time or settle a dispute with an agency. The about page lists the public bodies that can.
Not every message gets a reply, and some take weeks. A sender’s address is used only to reply, as the privacy page explains.
